Nervous system regulation through embodied practices

A grounded, trauma-informed approach to nervous system regulation through yoga therapy, breathwork and restorative practice– for individuals and professionals.

Healing and Care Deepen Through Embodied Awareness

Insight matters, but it is not always enough. Lasting change often involves learning how to listen inward — to body, breath, feeling, and thought — and developing a different relationship with stress, trauma, grief, overwhelm, and emotion. This is the foundation of my work with both individuals and professionals.

FOR INDIVIDUALS

Support for nervous system regulation and reconnection

Private yoga therapy, classes, and workshops for people navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, chronic stress, or nervous system overwhelm.

FOR PROFESSIONALS

Kind words from my clients

  • Katlin has been an irreplaceable part of my journey in yoga. Her patience and knowledge is abundant and she defines yoga in her teachings, to be amidst difficulty but find peace within it. I am forever grateful to have had her as my teacher.

    Sonya RYT-200, Vancouver BC

  • Katlin has taught me how to challenge myself in ways I never thought were possible. Yet she does this in a kind, gentle, compassionate, and non-judgemental way. She has helped me break so many boundaries in my mind. I am grateful I came across her path.

    Holy W. London ON

  • Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have offered and shared with me, not only your knowledge and wisdom, but also your energy and soul. You have been a strong component of my healing journey.

    Kaitlyn, ON

  • I highly recommend Katlin Robinson’s Yoga for Mental Health Teacher Training. It is extremely comprehensive and has made me feel like I can compassionately teach a trauma-informed yoga class that supports my client’s mental and emotional health. Katlin is incredibly knowledgeable on the subject and is a gifted and gracious teacher. The depth and breadth of what we covered – everything from yoga philosophy to detailed knowledge of anxiety, depression, grief, addiction and trauma - was truly amazing!‍

    Leigh Shand, Wellness Coach

  • Katlin’s experience in teaching was evident throughout the course, and her knowledge of mental health and trauma is extensive! I would recommend this training to anyone who not only wants to learn about this subject, but to be a teacher with better awareness and compassion for their students. I feel I have upped my game as an instructor because of this training, offering more options, incorporating trauma informed language in my teachings, and having a better understanding of the emotional needs of my students. I would definitely do another training with Katlin!

    Jenny Hauser, Yoga teacher

  • This training was spectacular and exceeded all my expectations tenfold! The content was extremely well presented. Katlin is very knowledgeable in this area and was also a wealth of information on additional resources we may be interested in following up with. The subject matter is quite intense and Katlin provided a very well thought out program which was divided into appropriate, manageable modules. I highly recommend this course, and Katlin as an instructor, for all yoga teachers that are interested in enhancing their teaching style and expanding how to teach in a more inclusive, sensitive way.
