Hello Beautiful Doulas and Mamas,
This two part workshop is intended to give an overview of mindfulness and it’s benefits. More importantly, it will give you hands on tools to support you - and that you can share with your clients - in challenging times and throughout life. Life is already too busy, these tools do not need to be a practice or something you make time to fit in. I’ve offered them with suggestions on how to incorporate them into every day life - for example cultivating compassion while you’re driving or being grateful for sunny days. These may seem very simple but simple is the best place to start. No one needs more complicated! You can read more about me HERE.
