TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING, WORKSHOPS AND COURSES The following are the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when booking any face-to-face training, workshop or online course. By paying in full or a non-refundable deposit you are accepting these terms and conditions.

BY REGISTERING FOR A TRAINING, WORKSHOP OR COURSE WHERE THE INVOICE REFERENCES THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

********** BOOKING

When you submit a payment for a Face-to-Face training, workshop or online course, your submission represents an offer to Katlin Robinson to book you into the course you selected. Katlin Robinson will accept your offer by depositing your payment, and sending you an email confirming that you have been booked along with information on starting your training, workshop or course.

********** PAYMENT

Fees can be paid by sending an e-transfer to iam@katlinrobinson.com or by making alternative arrangements by contacting Katlin at the same email address. Credit card payments can be made through PayPal’s secure online payment process. In all cases, payment must be received prior to start of training, workshop or course. If you elect to pay the fees via PayPal, all major credit and debit cards are accepted there may be a 5% processing fee which covers the cost incurred by Katlin Robinson. A receipt will be sent to you by email from PayPal confirming payment. PayPal will receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order and is under strict legal and contractual obligations not to disclose this information to third parties. Please note that if you do not provide accurate details (including type of card and number) or if your credit card company does not authorise payment, your application will be deemed void. Katlin Robinson will not accept any liability for costs incurred as a result of applications deemed void in this manner. Sales taxes, where applicable, are charged at the applicable rate.

********** YOUR OBLIGATIONS

All materials distributed in the training, workshop or course are proprietary and confidential and should not be distributed. You may not allow anyone else to access the online courses or materials via your log-in details.

You must comply with all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at the premises at which the training, or workshop are provided. Katlin Robinson reserves the right to remove anyone from a training or workshop whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Katlin Robinson. In these circumstances, Katlin Robinson will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.

Professional training are not an alternatives to yoga therapy or mental health counselling. If you are suffering from mental illness please speak to Katlin before beginning the training so we can ensure you are getting what you need from the training, appropriate support, and any outside care.

********** LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Katlin Robinson does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed in, her training, workshops or courses including course materials. Although trainings, workshops and courses include, where applicable, evidenced based techniques and ancient yoga practices, and are consistent with industry standards, opinions expressed are those of Katlin Robinson.

KATLIN ROBINSON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, LOST OR INACCURATE DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, COSTS OF DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS), REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES IN ADVANCE. KATLIN ROBINSON’S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO KATLIN ROBINSON FOR THE TRAINING, WORKSHOP OR COURSE.

********** WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

Katlin Robinson ensures that all services are delivered diligently and in a good, timely and professional manner consistent with industry standards. Trainings and courses will be performed as described in the individual class agendas. Katlin Robinson shall deliver the training or course as she, in her sole discretion, deems fit. Katlin Robinson shall be entitled at any time to substitute other person(s) who, in Katlin Robinson’s sole discretion, she deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course materials. Katlin Robinson does not warrant that online content will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely or error free, that defects will be corrected or that such content is secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors and omissions.

********** OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Training Material is owned by Katlin Robinson, unless otherwise noted. All intellectual property rights in all Training Material available, including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and the audio of all webinars and podcasts, are owned by Katlin Robinson. No Training Material may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without Katlin Robinson’s prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Katlin Robinson’s intellectual property rights.

********** CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER

Cancellation by customer – Face-to-Face Training and Courses, Live Online Courses. If you notify Katlin Robinson in writing (by email at iam@katlinrobinson.com) that you wish to cancel a training more than 21 days before the start date of a course, you will be given a full refund less the specified non-refundable deposit. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving your request via bank transfer to the original payer. If you withdraw for any reason less than 21 days before the start date of a course, no refund will be issued but you may transfer your place to a future training, workshop or online course. Substitutions should be arranged with Katlin Robinson at least 30 days prior to the course start date. If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked without giving prior notice to Katlin Robinson, we are unable to refund the course fees or offer a transfer.

Cancellation by customer – Pre-recorded Online Courses and Training. Once you have booked an online course the fee is non-refundable. If you cancel any course you will not be entitled to any refund.

Cancellation by Katlin Robinson. Katlin Robinson reserves the right to cancel any training, workshop or course due to insufficient enrolment by providing notice to you at least 14 calendar days prior to schedule commencement date. In the event of cancellation by Katlin Robinson, you may elect to receive a full refund of registration fees paid or credit toward alternative trainings, workshops, course or class. Nevertheless, Katlin Robinson will not be responsible for non-refundable tickets purchased or reservations made by you. If a training, workshop or course is cancelled by Katlin Robinson due to any Force Majeure Event, the Customer is entitled to a full class credit. Katlin Robinson will make every effort to reschedule the training on a convenient date within 3 months of the original training/workshop/course date. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date you may elect to transfer your credit for another training, workshop, course or classes offered by Katlin Robinson within one years of the original training, workshop or course.

IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING TO THE TRAINING OR WORKSHOP WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE CANCELLATION INSURANCE FOR AIRLINE TICKETS, TRANSPORTATION AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS.

********** PRIVACY POLICY.

All information provided by you under these Terms & Conditions will be treated in accordance with Katlin Robinson’s Privacy Policy.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Katlin Robinson relating to the training, workshop or course and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals and representations with respect to the training, workshop or course or any other subject matter covered by these Terms & Conditions.
